Yesterday Unicef published the new report titled Progress for Children.
Apparently during the last years there is some progress.
Same day, striking news from Australia:
9 rapists of a 10 year old aboriginal girl were allowed to walk free the court after admitting the rape.
The judge justified her decision claiming that the child "probably agreed to have sex" with the 9 men!
I always hated celebration days....
